The ‘Suquet de Peix’ Gastronomic Weeks in L’Escala commence for the twentieth time and do so with the participation of a total of 20 restaurants in the town, three more than last year.
The menus, as usual, are varied, with the only common denominator being that they should include “Suquet de Peix” as a main course and the famous anchovies of L’Escala as a starter.
Some people prefer the rock fish ‘Suquet’, while others prefer it with monkfish, skate or turbot.
