The ‘Suquet de Peix’ Gastronomic Weeks in L’Escala commence for the twentieth time and do so with the participation of a total of 20 restaurants in the town, \u00a0three more than last year.<\/p>\n

The menus, as usual, are varied, with the only common denominator being that they should include \u201cSuquet de Peix\u201d as a main course and \u00a0the famous anchovies of L’Escala as a starter.<\/p>\n

Some people prefer \u00a0the rock fish \u2018Suquet\u2019, while others prefer it with monkfish, skate or turbot.<\/p>\n

Date: From April 17 to May 3 in L’Escala<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
